Campground Rules & Policies

Reservation Payment:
Full payment is charged at booking, plus a 4% credit card booking fee. Lodging tax (10.5%) applies to stays under 30 days.

Reservation Changes:
Free up to 48 hours before arrival, subject to availability.

Cancellations:

  • • 48+ hours before arrival: refund minus a $25 administrative fee
  • • Less than 48 hours before arrival: $25 fee is non-refundable; remaining balance becomes a guest credit valid for 365 days
To change or cancel, please call and speak with a resort ambassador. You'll receive a confirmation email once your request is processed.

No-Shows:
If you haven't checked in or contacted us by noon the day after your arrival date, your reservation will be cancelled and the site released with no refund.

Check-In / Check-Out:
Check-in 1:00 PM (RV) / 3:00 PM (cabins). Check-out 11:00 AM.

Occupancy & Parking:
Maximum 6 people per site. 1 vehicle included; additional vehicles are $15 per vehicle per day. Boats are not permitted in RV sites but there is additional parking in the back of the park.

Pets:
Welcome at no charge — max 2 per site. 6 ft leash required outside your RV (off-leash only in the designated pet area). Please pick up after your pet immediately; pets may never be left unattended, and excessive barking isn't permitted. Restricted breeds: Pit Bulls/American Bullies/Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, Chow Chows, wolf hybrids, and Mastiff-type breeds. Any dog showing aggressive behavior, regardless of breed, will be asked to leave.

Quiet Hours:
10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.

Campfires:
Propane fire pits/appliances only — open wood campfires are not permitted.

Pool:
Open 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM. No lifeguard on duty — swim at your own risk, with adult supervision for children. No glass, smoking/vaping, food, or coolers in the pool area.

General:
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Foster Lake RV Resort is not responsible for accidents or injury to guests, or for loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind.

Monthly Stays:
Electricity is paid by the tenant separately from the site fee and there is a utility fee for water and sewer. For stays longer than 30 days, please call or email info@fosterlakeresort.com.
